CALLING ALL CLASSICS: THE MOTORCYCLE HALL OF FAME MUSEUM HOSTS BRITISH &
EUROPEAN MOTORCYCLE SATURDAY
Motorcycle owners are invited to the AMA’s Motorcycle Hall of Fame Museum on
August 23, 2008, for the third annual British & European Motorcycle
Saturday. Located on the campus of the American Motorcyclist Association in
Pickerington, Ohio, a few miles east of Columbus, the Museum is the
country’s premier showcase of motorcycling heritage and history. The
Museum’s British & European Motorcycle Saturday will feature a non-judged
bike show and seminars by industry experts. Enthusiasts on Triumphs,
Nortons, BMWs, Aprilias, Moto Guzzis and many other storied marques are
expected to ride in for the event.
While the spotlight will shine on classic British and European machines for
the Museum’s annual event, all motorcycling aficionados are welcome to
attend. Admission is only $10 ($5 AMA Members) and includes access to all
Museum exhibits, including the newly opened “MotoStars: Celebrities +
Motorcycles,” showcasing over 100 of the world’s most well-known
enthusiasts, and “Awesome-Ness,” chronicling the career of the legendary
Arlen Ness.
